Review on Emakefun by James Hess

Due to Emakefun's promise that their items combine fun and study, I was intrigued to their online store as a consumer. But when my purchase finally arrived, I was utterly dissatisfied with the state of the science kits, card games, and board games. The science kit I bought was nearly impossible to put together properly because the parts were missing or incorrectly labeled. The card games left me irritated and unable to play the game because they were missing crucial components and had ambiguous directions. The board game was shoddy built and disintegrated after only a few plays. In addition, I had poor customer assistance when attempting to remedy these problems. The customer service agent I spoke with was useless and condescending, making it evident that Emakefun did not value my business. Overall, I had a terrible and frustrating experience using the learning and entertaining products from Emakefun. To anyone looking for high-quality products that blend pleasure and learning, I would not suggest this online store.
