I am the type of person who enjoys doing their shopping for things like clothing, shoes, and jewelry online, so I was very thrilled to give YANDW a try. Nonetheless, my interactions with this online business were negative from the beginning to the end of my shopping experience. Although they do specialize in lingerie, sleepwear, and lounge wear, their collection was limited, and it did not include any of the fashionable styles that I had hoped to find. I compared the prices to those of other online stores that are comparable and discovered that they were higher. My experience with the customer service department, which was unresponsive and ineffective, contributed to my frustration and dissatisfaction with the product that I had purchased. To make matters even worse, the delivery of my things was flawed and it took a very long time. My time spent with YANDW was, on the whole, a negative experience for me. In spite of the fact that they may assert that they are a one-stop store for all things related to fashion, they do not live up to their promise of offering the most recent fashion trends and styles at prices that are reasonable. This online business does not provide a satisfactory shopping experience, so I cannot recommend it to anyone interested in the fashion industry.
