Although LEMOISTAR advertises that they offer supplies for a comfortable and healthy house, I had a less than pleasant experience with them. Although their products are of reasonable quality, they have poor customer support and high prices. Finding the merchandise you need on the website can be challenging due to its cluttered layout and navigational difficulties. Once you do locate it, the product descriptions are ambiguous and don't give you enough details to make a wise choice. The customer support staff was unresponsive and unhelpful when I had a problem with my order. Even after waiting days for an answer, the problem was not satisfactorily fixed. In addition, LEMOISTAR's prices are significantly higher than those of other online retailers, making it challenging to rationalize buying from them. Overall, LEMOISTAR fails to deliver on its claim to offer the materials needed to create a comfortable and healthy home. Although their goods might be of high quality, they could stand to improve their pricing and customer service.
