Review on AI.Reverie by John Miller

I was able to create some pretty interesting scenarios for training an agent in my business domain, while at work. It's easy enough to use but it took me awhile to figure out what all of its features were and how they worked together after reading their documentation thoroughly (and asking many questions!). But once you have figured everything out there isn't much left do learn about this product other than "it does exactly as described!". The UI could be better designed so it would look more professional overall when using outside clients or partners, especially if those users are not very technical themselves. We needed something simple to train our agents quickly with minimal effort. This software made creating complex applications fairly straightforward without having to hire additional staff members - which we did anyway!
