Review on NOOLA by Chris Walker

Frustrating Methods of Living

I looked forward to experiencing the NOOLA "way of life" and trying out their goods, but I was let down. While there is a lot to choose from, the quality is lacking. The first time I used my fishing pole, it broke, and the reel wouldn't budge. The tactical bag only lasted for a handful of trips before it completely disintegrated. Don't even get me started on the ineffective and flimsy personal safety items. Even at full price, there is no value to be had. It appears that NOOLA is more concerned with promoting their brand as a way of life than they are with producing high-quality equipment for outdoor aficionados. I wouldn't suggest this shop to anyone who intends to do more than take Instagram-worthy selfies with their purchases. Don't waste your money; there are plenty of other outdoor shops where you can get more for your money. Even though NOOLA claims to offer "everything you need to overcome any challenge," all they really do is sell low-quality goods with a flashy logo.

Pros
  • high-quality equipment options.
Cons
  • a small number of physical places.
