I really like how easy it was to navigate through their website! Their customer support has been fantastic as well - they are so helpful with my questions that sometimes even though i know what option will best fit me (because its listed right above where you're typing), still helps just having someone there who can help walkthrough this for ya :) Overall great experience working here at BAL!! We use BA's systems daily; from keeping track our inventory levels while we work remotely (we don't have sales people) via internal tools all day long during business hours or afterhours when no one else gets into system till first thing next morning...
