Buying basic necessities for the kitchen from Baibu was a nightmare experience for me. They promised me high-quality goods but what I received was subpar. The kitchenware and linens were of low quality and looked ugly. The lack of customer service was the worst part. I received a robotic and useless response when I asked to return the things. It was like trying to reason with a rock. It's safe to say that I have no plans to shop at Baibu again. Avoid this disastrous kitchen if you value your time and money.
