Very happy customer and will recommend Revenue Manager software

The ability to easily add new products/services for our customers as well being able update rates without having any issues or worries about over charging them with old rate info! Nothing really at this time but if it was I would say keep up all of your efforts because they are making great progress towards becoming an industry leader!! They have been very helpful when we had questions regarding their product; however there has not yet even come close (as far) from providing us free training so no help out here either.

Great support team behind RM though - always quick response times whenever you need assistance :) The ability to see all of my invoices at one time as well as being able to adjust them easily without having too many clicks or scrolling through pages was very helpful! I would like it if there were more features for reporting purposes but this isn't something i have come across yet so not sure how big an issue/problem this could be with other users who use revenue manager regularly though? Also love when you send out email reminders about payments etc - makes life easier!!

Pros
  • Easy way in which invoice creation is done along side easy access / management within salesforce itself..also, customer service reps that helped me get everything set up properly quickly &/or efficiently!!! It's user friendly interface made things much better than anything else available today.I'd definitely recommend using SalesForce CRM platform +revenue
