Shopping on AutoVic: A Horrible Online Experience

I made the terrible mistake of ordering replacement components from AutoVic lately. Their website was very difficult to navigate for someone like me who is just starting out in this area. It took an inordinate amount of time because the search feature didn't function correctly. The checkout procedure was so complicated and frustrating that I almost gave up before completing my purchase. However, I still had more problems. It took forever for the parts to come, and when they did, they were defective. A rude and unhelpful employee at AutoVic's customer service showed no interest in helping me with my problem when I called them. I had to battle tooth and nail to get my refund after days of back-and-forth emails just to get a return shipping label. My entire ordeal with AutoVic was a nightmare. As a novice, I had high hopes that AutoVic would be a trustworthy and dependable online shop where I could buy replacement parts, but they let me down horribly. They have an unusable website, awful customer service, and subpar goods. If you need a car, do not even think about buying one from AutoVic; instead, seek elsewhere.
