While Dabacc has a wide variety of kitchen and household goods, their customer service leaves much to be desired. As a Product Manager, I was dissatisfied with their disregard for quality control and patron happiness. The website lacks clarity and simplicity, with sections that are difficult to navigate and search filters that are inconsistent in their effectiveness. The checkout procedure is cumbersome and time-consuming, and confirmation and tracking information is frequently incorrect. Depending on the product, the quality can range from superb to cheap and flimsy. The designs of the available stowage and organization options are often clumsy and unfit for everyday use. Poor response times and unhelpful staff members characterize the customer care provided. Concerns and questions are often met with stock answers and no actual help. If you're searching for high-quality goods for your home or kitchen, you won't find them at Dabacc. I would not suggest them to anyone who wants a hassle-free, trustworthy shopping experience because of the obvious carelessness and disregard for their customers.
