Review on Ivinta L-Shaped Corner Desk For Gamers With Keyboard Tray - Brown Wood by Michael Robertson

Worst item ever made.

If this would have allowed me to give negative stars I would’ve given it a negative ten stars. This is THE WORST item I have ever purchased. And I’m even more salty about having to pack it up and send it back.Every. Single. Part. Had something wrong with it. The legs either had holes in the wrong position or didn’t have holes at all and I had to drill them. I thought "okay, I can still deal with this, no biggie” and kept going. Then we get to the keyboard tray. Because there are no words on the assembly instructions it doesn’t warn you that the tiny little ball bearings fall out INSTANTLY when you take it out of the box. And to put it back together you need to have 14 hands with 3mm wide fingers. Basically I spent an hour fiddling with these stupid bearings. Then I finally get it on the desk and realize that the holes in the top of one of the legs are too high. So the desktop of the smaller desk sits crooked. But at this point I already spent 4.8 hours and so much labor building this POS that I was like "screw it, your monitor can tilt a little right?!” So I continued on. But then, when I went to put in the desktops I realized that the screws they give you stick out 1/2 inch. So I back them out and try to use the wrong screw that’s shorter. The plastic fitting came out on the screw. So I was still being the most patient person on earth and decided to just get a little wood glue and stick that little booger back in the hole. Why not?! We have come this far right?! I continue on. Then. much to my surprise because this is clearly such a quality desk. I go to place the PC on the little holder and it’s sitting lopsided because there’s no support on one side of it. That was when I quit. There was no way that I was going to put this brand new self-built $1200 Gaming PC LOPSIDED on the stand. Idk why I didn’t quit sooner. Luckily the easiest part was taking it apart. Literally fell apart after a few twists of a screw. DO. NOT. BUY. THIS. DESK.

Pros
  • The desk is easy to move when redecorating or rearranging your space
Cons
  • The desk's assembly can be confusing or poorly documented
