Review on LUXJA by Isaiah Edgar

My first scrapbooking purchase was done at LUXJA, and I couldn't be happier with it. My dealings with this firm were poor. First of all, I had a hard time finding what I was looking for on the website, and there weren't any in-depth explanations of the products. Second, my packages arrived late, damaged, and missing part of the contents. Finally, when I sought to resolve these problems with customer service, they were unresponsive and useless. As a novice in this industry, I was hoping for a trustworthy and helpful purchasing experience, however LUXJA fell short. If you are just starting out in arts and crafts or sewing, I would not recommend this firm to you.
