Excellent tool for real time, data mining, and reporting. Support is great, even though the application was installed without any help from us. This is the only tool that can give you so many ways to view data and understand the data. Very flexible and configurable. Supports Linux and Windows, however, Linux has better tools and features built into its system. But, the applications are nearly identical. Easy to use interface, documentation is thorough. A must have for every IT person. Data mining is really where this product shines! No other product does it as well as Commview. I am looking forward to using some more advanced features when they become available. My one wish would be an option to run my own queries instead of being limited to the default options.
