A must-have WCAG compliance solution
The fact that I can use this plugin in my WordPress website to easily add accessibility features for my users who have difficulty using the internet or reading online content. It's super easy to use and it works perfectly! I really like how it helps me meet the requirements set by Google as well as other web accessibility standards such as Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. There is nothing about this product that I dislike. If there was anything, I think it would be the support team. They're very quick to respond but sometimes they don't always reply right away. This is a great tool if you're looking to implement accessibility features into your site. Just go ahead and give it a try. You'll see how simple it is to integrate with your existing website.

- Simple interface makes learning curve short lived even though more advanced options are available through plugins (ease up)
- Customer service has been outstanding so far response time = extremely fast when issues arise; follow ups from them also prompt within 24 hours after initial email sent out)
- Not sure what else could possibly need improvement
