Ekdesk Case Manager is a great app for organizing employee cases.

Ekdesk case manager is a great app for organizing employee cases. It is very useful to categorize them by type (such as safety, performance, training) and create workflows to ensure timely resolution. It provides a great way to organize all those emails from HR and other internal sources. It also has a simple workflow builder so you can customize the process of handling each case. As a remote worker, this is an essential tool! I like how it works when adding notes into different categories or subcategories. Its a good feature if you want to add notes while tracking down issues through email. Also, there is no limit to the number of entries you can save. If its important to note something somewhere else later on, just go ahead and do it without worrying about losing any data. Great job on the project!
