Review on Cellwize by Rip Twin

The cell center is very easy to use for an average user like me who has no prior experience in programming or coding language. It takes some time getting used but once it gets familiarized it's quite simple. I think that there are many things which could be improved such as better documentation so people will have more knowledge about how this tool works. This software helped us solve problems related to traffic control at different levels (including macro-level). We solved issues regarding congestion by controlling cellular devices using radio access networks(RAN) that were located inside vehicles.
