I love how easy it makes finding qualified leads from social media (and other sources).

It's also super helpful to have all data in one place so you can easily see if your pipeline needs more work or not! The interface could be improved - some of the fields are pretty hard to make out when they're small font size. Also having less than 4-5 contacts per account would require an upgrade which can't really happen unless we reach a certain amount of users. We use Zymeworks to find new clients through our website and social channels as well as with partners who post their products online.
