AroPaw is an online store that claims to offer a wide variety of health and household supplies, cleaning tools, and domestic products. As an ardent online shopper, I was thrilled to find AroPaw, an online store that I can shop from the comfort of my own home. After dealing with their company, however, my delight rapidly changed into dissatisfaction because of the poor service I received. The whole thing started when I went to their website to go over their assortment of different cleaning equipment. I found their website to be disorganized and difficult to use, which made it difficult for me to locate the things that I was seeking. After a long search, I was eventually able to locate the item that I was interested in buying, so I immediately made an order for it and excitedly awaited its delivery. Unfortunately, the condition of the product was not satisfactory when it was ultimately delivered. I immediately called the customer service department of AroPaw to request a replacement or refund, but the response I received was useless and condescending. The representative that I spoke with was uninterested in my issue and made no effort to find a solution to the difficulty that I was having. Despite my annoyance, I chose to give AroPaw another try and placed an order for some necessities for the house. Again, the website was difficult to navigate, and there was insufficient information provided in the product descriptions. When the products were delivered, I discovered that they were of a low quality and did not live up to my anticipations. My time spent with AroPaw was, on the whole, a source of frustration and disappointment. Because the company does not provide adequate customer service and its items are of low quality, I am left feeling unhappy and dissatisfied. AroPaw is not a retailer that I would recommend to other people shopping online, so I would advise you to search elsewhere for all of your cleaning and home product requirements.
