Review on YANGRUI by Devon Dober

I loathe to be the one to deliver the bad news, but I have been very disappointed and frustrated by YANGRUI recently. The online shop presents itself as a specialist in items for the home and kitchen, but their collection is severely limited. The eating and kitchen area was a complete farce. The products were of poor quality and overpriced. Even worse than the rest of the store, the storage and organization area sold goods that I could have found for less money at a dollar store. However, YANGRUI's customer care is the company's worst feature. The staff is impolite and useless; I often felt like I was bothering them with my inquiries. I encountered some pushback when I attempted a return and wound up taking shop credit in lieu of a cash refund. In sum, dealing with YANGRUI was a living torment for me. I will not be using their services again and will not be recommending them to anyone. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to avoid this bother.
