I was eager to use the Freesmily Online Store for my most recent clothes and accessory needs, but I was let down by the results. Although the things I received were of decent quality, the customer service did not particularly impress me. When I contacted them with queries and concerns, the crew was unreachable and useless. As a consumer, I had the impression that my needs weren't taken seriously. Furthermore, there was a lack of contact regarding the status of my transaction, and shipping took longer than anticipated. This made the buying experience more stressful and inconvenient than required. As a life coach, I think it's crucial to deliver top-notch customer service and go above and beyond to satisfy people's requirements. Freesmily, however, fell short in this regard. I can't encourage anyone shop here, so if you want a better shopping experience, look somewhere else.
