Ivinta's Online Store Experience Was Disappointing

I was happy to discover Ivinta's website because I like to buy online for furniture and home goods. My interactions with this business, however, have not exactly been positive. First of all, I was disappointed in the goods' quality. The furnishings had obvious dents and scratches, giving it a cheap and flimsy appearance. The color of the living room furniture was totally off, and it did not resemble the pictures on the website at all. In addition, transportation was a nightmare. The expected delivery date was repeatedly delayed, and when the items did arrive, they had been handled carelessly and were therefore damaged. It was difficult to contact customer support because I had to wait on hold for a long time and my emails went unanswered for days. The return process was similarly frustrating, adding insult to injury. I was charged a restocking fee for returning the damaged goods, and the customer service agent was rude and useless. Ivinta's online shop was, all in all, at best mediocre. I wouldn't suggest this business to anyone searching for high-quality furniture and home goods as well as dependable customer service.
