I have been using Eva Solo molds for rye bread for almost half a year now. During this time, I have never even washed them with a sponge, the non-stick coating is amazing. All my past experiments ended very quickly: the molds peeled off very quickly, the bread often burned on them, so I had to use oil to lubricate the mold. Specifically, this form from Eva Solo allows you to cook rye bread in a classic form - a brick. I use both the rectangular one and this one, no complaints about both. Such technologies would be yes to our ancestors!
