A bit of work yourself, but big impact

We enlisted all the help of the family to pull the tissues apart. Once you get the hang of it, it goes pretty quickly. Big impact for a little money.We used these to hang from the ceiling for my daughter's sweet sixteen. They went well with her colors of blush pink, rose gold, white. Really pretty!
