I love that they are always improving their product to make it easier for us to use. They also have great customer service! It can sometimes be difficult trying to figure out how things work but their support team is there to help you every step of the way. We've been able to streamline our processes with perfect portal which has helped speed up time in getting new leads into our pipeline. The ease of use is what I like best about this product! It's easy to set up and configure, and it works with our website so we don't have to worry about hosting or maintaining anything. There are some things that could be improved - such as adding more options in terms of fields you can add. We were able to get leads from clients who had visited our site but didn't fill out any forms. This was very helpful because those people would not otherwise contact us.
