The tool helps to create surveys for customers who are interested in your product or service offering at an early stage without having any idea about what they really want from you as yet when it comes time of launch/launch date etcetera!It's not just great but also very useful platform which can be used by clients too if one wants so!! It has helped me understand my target audience better than I could have imagined before even starting out with this project itself.- Great customer support- Very helpful team members (Project Manager & Account manager).
