Online Shopping at Hippohose: The Worst Ever!

Recently, I made the terrible mistake of making an internet purchase from Hippohose, and it was the worst shopping experience of my life. To begin, the website is a complete disaster. You can never locate what you need, and if you do, the product descriptions are vague and useless. It's as if the business doesn't give a hoot about how its clients feel about working with it. The terrible quality of customer care only adds insult to injury. The customer service person I spoke with on the phone was unhelpful and condescending. They obviously didn't care about me or want to assist. And let's not even talk about the cost. They are ridiculously high in comparison to the value provided, and I have located identical items elsewhere for much less money. Unfortunately, delivery was also sluggish and unreliable. The company clearly didn't value my time or my business because my order didn't appear until much later than expected. In conclusion, I will never return to Hippohose, nor will I ever suggest it to anyone else. The website is awful, the customer service is terrible, and the prices are terrible.
