The Best Golf Watch On The Market

I’ve been a long time owner of the Garmin 5X, and used it during all my golf outings. However, I wanted a golf watch that was designed specifically for golfers that would do a bit more than was limited by what the 5X offered. As I stated to look for a dedicated golf watch I compared the S62 against numerous other golf watches available and finally settled on the S62. As an avid golfer, this watch didn’t disappoint. It is extremely accurate. I like that just by utilizing the touch screen I can place the flag exactly where it’s located on the green as opposed to just being able to select either the front, middle, or back that the Garmin 5X offered. I like being able to add additional bushes, trees, or whatever else might be on a particular hole that may not be on the course layout as it’s presented to the user. It comes in really handy when I’m on a tree lined dogleg. I can just tell the watch exactly where that particular tree is located on the edge of the dogleg and I know exactly what I need to hit to clear it. I really enjoy the built in "caddie” the knows my club distances. It calculates the elevations and wind speed and clubs me accordingly. It’s actually helped me tremendously when I’m playing a course I’m not too familiar with. Lastly, but certainly not least, it being able to download the data when I get home. It gives you a very in depth shot by shot overview of your round. I’m always looking to minimize my putts as much as possible and it keeps track of the number of putts per hole as well as a composite number from the round. Well done Garmin.
