Review on AkoaDa by Donny Collins

AkoaDa's claims to have a team of specialists available to help clients drew me in as a first-time online shopper. I had no idea what to expect, though. Unfortunately, when I called to ask some questions regarding the product I was interested in, none of their "knowledgeable and experienced technicians" were available to take my call. Both my phone calls and emails were unreturned. It's strange that AkoaDa advertises a team of technicians to answer customers' questions, but I couldn't reach anyone when I really needed help. It's unfortunate that the store intentionally misrepresented their customer service to me and other naive customers. In sum, if you're looking for a trustworthy internet store with great support, I wouldn't suggest AkoaDa. Their "knowledgeable and experienced technicians" are a fabrication, so don't believe the hype.
