The best part of this software it's that you can see who are your visitors, what they do (clicks), where from etc., so its easy to use as well! I have been using for about over 3 months now with no complaints at all; everything works great like how i want them too work :). This should be one stop shop when looking to get more information regarding clients/visitors in general because there isn't anything else out their just yet but if someone does come up then we will definitely try again :)! The best thing about this service was that it helped us to get more visitors for our business web pages, which we were getting very less of them compared with other similar services in market at affordable prices. I would say there are no downsides as such but if you think otherwise let me know so i can look out better solutions from your end too! We have been using their lead generation tools since last 4 years now without any issues or complaints whatsoever.
