I have been trying different rechargeable hearing amplifiers. Compared to the others I have used, this one have a better sound quality It does pick up background noise and those get amplified too but still sound is softer and more natural.I like the neckband design because its easier to wear and look stylish too. Neckband is made of soft and flexible plastic and doesn't feel odd on skin. Adjustment buttons are on left side of band. Its easy to adjust volume once you get used to placement of buttons. The only problem I face is that there is no way to know what volume setting is best for me. At times I have accidentally hit the on/off button and then to turn it on again and adjust the volume again. There should be a way to adjust the volume and lock it.This amplifier comes with variety of earbud dome sizes. I use the smallest one as I have small ear canals. For people like me who have small ear canals, the earbuds that have tapered dome work better as they go in the canal and give a better fit. This set has round earbud domes so I have to sometimes push It in so it will not pop out of ear. I do not use the remote microphone box and use it at lowest volume setting and it works for me well.These amplifiers are rechargeable so I dont have to spend a fortune on batteries. One full charge lasts for upto 3 days for me as I don't wear it all the time. Its a good amplifier for the price.
