Review on LJYH by Sean Chambers

Unfortunately, I have to disagree with the reviewer's glowing assessment of the LJYH online store. Even if they provide a few options for outerwear, the quality of their garments is poor. When I made a purchase there, I was let down by the quality and fit of the garments I received. The jackets I ordered were poorly manufactured and did not fit as expected. None of the other garments were very noteworthy, however. In addition, LJYH's support for its customers was subpar. It took me a few tries to get a response from their team when I asked a question regarding the sizing of a jacket I was considering buying. Finally getting a response, though, I found it to be vague and ultimately useless. In general, LJYH is not a good option for purchasing high-quality apparel online. It's possible that they offer some decent selections, but the terrible attention to detail and service completely negate any advantages.
