I like that they provide an easy way to make graphs, charts, etc., without having technical skills or needing expensive software (or even more than one computer). They also have some really nice widgets you can add into your website which makes it easier still if there is something special about what stats are needed in particular situations - such as number vs percentage usage over time periods. So far we've been able to get pretty much everything from them with no problems at all! There's nothing so far that has turned us off enough to dislike this service completely; however, since our business isn't large yet, any issues will be minor ones until then. We're using these statistics primarily because they give me numbers rather than percentages when comparing different things between pages/websites within my sites. This allows me to quickly see how many people visited each page.
