Review on Qtrac Virtual Queuing and Appointment Scheduling Platform by Justin Quinones

I like that we can create custom queues with multiple options of how long appointments should last! It is very user friendly which makes it great when working in our office environment as well where there are other people who aren't familiar or comfortable using certain software programs such as this one (we use many different types).

We have had an issue recently regarding time zone differences but they were quick at getting back my email asking what was going wrong so i feel more confident about future issues if any arise again from them being resolved quickly.
