First time I have EVER been astonished by such a disappointing product.
Unusable - this was a Christmas gift and the disappointment of my grand child was heartbreaking. We could not get it to operate and there were no instructions or customer service number. Very dissatisfied. Item had to be dissembled to get it to work making it impossible to return.
