As a loyal customer of AZRRA, I must say that I have been consistently let down by the quality of the services they provide. The organization does not live up to even the most fundamental expectations for an online store, as seen by wrong merchandise and late deliveries. Their lack of attention to detail is deplorable, as evidenced by labels that have been inadequately printed and stamps that are smudged. Because of how unresponsive and incompetent the customer service is, it is hard to resolve any of the problems. The AZRRA website is antiquated, with an interface that is difficult to understand and overly cluttered, making it difficult to obtain the information that you require. In general, I am unable to suggest AZRRA to anyone as a trustworthy supplier for office supplies.
