LeadsaiL has let me down, both in terms of their quality and their customer service.

As someone who frequently makes purchases of electronic goods and computer accessories, I made the decision not too long ago to give LeadsaiL a shot on the basis of the online reviews and product descriptions available on their website. Unfortunately, my time spent working with this company has been marked by nothing except frustration and dissatisfaction. The merchandise that I purchased from LeadsiL was of low quality, and it did not live up to my anticipations in any way. Both the gaming mouse I ordered and the laptop cooling pad I bought were ineffective in lowering the temperature of my laptop. The game mouse ceased working within a week, and the cooling pad did nothing to lower the temperature of my laptop. In order to make a bad situation even worse, the customer assistance that Leadsail provided me with was subpar. They did not respond to my messages or offer any assistance when I called their customer care team to discuss problems with the things I had purchased. It took them several days and a number of emails as a follow-up before they eventually agreed to process a return and refund. In addition, I discovered that Leadsail's rates were not nearly as competitive as they were supposed to be, and their shipping timeframes were significantly longer than anticipated. My interactions with LeadsaiL have, on the whole, left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for dependable and high-quality computer accessories or electronic goods.
