To tell the truth, I couldn't wait to get started shopping at Jolege Online Store. I was under the impression that I had won the lottery when they assured me that I would have a wonderful time shopping there and that the prices would be reasonable. But gosh, was I in for a surprise! To begin, their assortment is not nearly as extensive as they advertise it to be on their website. When I went to their website, I was looking for a particular item, but I had a hard time locating it there. And when I did eventually find it, I was disappointed to see that the price was significantly higher than I had anticipated. The website's design itself is not particularly user-friendly. It took me an inordinate amount of time to navigate through the various portions in order to locate the information that I required. And the way they handle the checkout procedure is a complete non-starter in my book. It was as difficult as pulling teeth to get my purchase processed. The shipping, on the other hand, was the absolute worst aspect of my experience with Jolege. My order did not appear in a timely manner, and when it finally did, the packaging was broken, and the items inside were not in the best possible condition. The Jolege Online Store, in general, did not live up to my high expectations at all. This subpar purchasing experience is not worth wasting either your time or your money on, and I would not recommend doing so.
