Review on OrangeHRM by Kirk Womack

I like that it's easy to use and allows for multiple departments to be tracked at once. It has been great so far. Sometimes it takes a while to load but not very often. It can sometimes get confusing when viewing reports as you have to click through different screens to view all the information in one report. Also, it doesn't always show what department each person works in (or even if they are an employee). If you're looking for something with a lot of features then this might be too much for you. We've had problems with payroll, time off and vacation tracking. The benefits are better than those offered by our previous HR software.
