I like how my results were fast - which is very important when you're trying to extract information from an API that changes regularly! They did not have much of anything in regards to documentation or support so it was difficult at times figuring out what they are doing with their product (and sometimes i would send them questions over email only get no response). The price point seemed high compared other options we tried but after using this one time its worth every penny because our website has been able increase traffic by 3x+ since adding additional content via automatic scrapping software!! I have used this software in various projects with success. The team has always been responsive to my requests or questions. They are very friendly and easy to work with. Sometimes it can be difficult to know what is included in their packages but they make sure you understand everything before signing up. We use them primarily as an API provider which allows us access to many different APIs that we would otherwise not have had access to due to privacy policies of those companies.
