Base is not stable.Bar is wonky.Between the 2 orders, I was missing book, 1 handle, and the landmine attachment. Not to mention various scratched or broken accessories.I loved exercise book (not included in 2nd order) but could not do most of the exercises and stretching the tubes was painful! There`s a cool ab set done on your knees and raising bar over head that made me feel I would injure my back and neck. And I'm 5'1 - so on my knees I'm barely stretching the tubes! I have no problem with either resistant tubes with HANDLES (not a bar), dumbbells, or even a regular squat bar. But this bar PUSHING down on me because it's tied to base with tubes PULLING bar towards that base really hurts! IT FEELS LIKE MY SPINE IS BEING CRUSHED!Too painful to raise above my head for squats- the reason I bought it!Hubby (6'2) is too tall for squats - the reason I bought it.Last, cool idea but the way to adjust tubes for different exercises is at best tedious and at worse impossible. It's annoying to stop workout to figure out how to adjust resistsnce tubes to 2 NEW, different base hooks! I'll never be able to remember which goes where for what exercises! It is neither intuitive or speedy, even with instruction booklet.Be prepared to slow down a good sweat to adjust the tubes for a different exercises with the same muscles- it would have been better to have MORE resistance tubes in different strength & lengths!I got so I could travel with gym because I didn't want to use hotel gyms during CORVID, but a workout video or simple DIY door gym with resistance tubes & door anchors would be better.For home used, at this price point, used pilates reformer/chair or total gym is better bang for your buck!
