The thermometer is very accurate. It always gets the same or very similar results as my other BBT thermometer. It is easy to use once you know how to use it. The problem is, it didn't come with any instruction, nor are there instructions in the ebay listing. I had to go to the iProven website to figure out how to see my last reading and change it to Celsius. For anyone wondering, you hold down the ON/OFF button until you see "LASt" to see your last reading and you hold it until you see "SEt" to switch between Celsius and farenheight.
