User friendly design; simple dashboard structure for quick information consumption & easy integration across multiple platforms - web/mobile /social media etc.; ability to send emails directly from this app is one such feature I love very much as it saves time alongwith hassle! The best part about gloocrm apps has been its customer support team always willing&lt... Gloo CRM is quite a powerful software. It has a lot of features and is very customizable. It is very well designed and easy to use. We are having some issues with the mobile app. The mobile app is not as good as the desktop version. Sometimes we cannot see the buttons. Sometimes we cannot perform some actions. But the main problem is that the mobile app is not as good as the desktop version. We are solving our internal problems. It is helping us to be more organized and to be more efficient.
