A nice budget-minded all-ages fidget.
I purchased these for my sister to use in a university office that serves students with diverse needs. After they arrived our elementary-aged niece and nephew thought they were pretty great - quiet, easy to keep in one hand, and fairly discreet. I plan to order more to use in a K-12 setting for my students with small-group testing accommodations.
