Zonli: Unsatisfactory Customer Service and Low-Quality Goods

My most recent Zonli purchase was intended to help me make my house more inviting, but the shopping experience left much to be desired. Zonli failed to meet my standards in every way, from the small number of products available to the low quality of the ones I ordered. For starters, their website was clumsy to use, and the goods they did offer were mediocre at best. It was difficult to find something I liked, and the few things that did appeal to me were too expensive. When my orders finally came, I discovered that they were of poor quality. The sheets and blanket I was given were paper thin, and the throw cushions were lumpy and poorly sewn. Zonli's stated goal of producing cozy environments led me to anticipate high-quality offerings, but I was let down. Worse yet, when I tried to return the products I had purchased, I was met with silence and indifference from customer support. After several tries, I finally received an answer, but they were unhelpful and unwilling to issue a refund. The products I ordered from Zonli were of poor quality, and I would not recommend the business to anyone. Not only do they have a small variety, but the quality is low and the service is unresponsive.
