Frustrated by APDTY's Lackluster Support

I recently placed an order for various auto parts through APDTY's web shop. The website was simple to navigate, and the pricing were reasonable, but the service I received was terrible. Unfortunately, the parts I ordered were not the right ones for my vehicle. After waiting on hold for almost an hour, I finally gave up and emailed them instead. The representative I spoke with was unhelpful and in a haste to get me off the phone when I finally did. Despite the fact that they made a mistake, I was told I would be responsible for paying the restocking cost and return freight. I waited another week for the right components to arrive, and when they finally did I found that they had been damaged in transit. I called customer service again, and this time I was put on hold for even longer before being cut off. To get my car back on the road, I had to spend extra money on expedited shipment and buy the parts from a different source. In sum, my experience with APDTY's customer service left me very unsatisfied and I would not recommend them to anyone.
