SecurityLink has been our favorite tool to remotely manage our client's computers. It is very flexible and allows us to manage all of their devices and applications. There are few downsides which can be better. One is that it could be easier to see who is using your software if there was more visibility into computer usage. Also, I wish we could have a little bit more control over user accounts. Some clients do not want to allow multiple people to use their computers remotely. We now have a solution for them. Our organization has been using SecureLink for years and it has been great. We use the product for remote access to our customers' computers. It works great for this purpose and has been a great tool. I can't think of any dislikes. If you are looking for a great product that will help you with your needs, SecureLink is a great choice. We are using SecureLink to provide remote access to our customers' computers.
