Let down by ArtSkills' Empty Promises and Subpar Performance

I was eager to test out ArtSkills because of the wide variety of high-quality, reasonably priced art supplies they offer. My interactions with them, however, were disappointing. In the first place, they lied about the price. I had a hard time getting what I needed because their pricing were more than average compared to other art supply businesses. It was already a pricey buy, but the astronomical shipping fees only added insult to injury. The worst part was when I finally got my shipment. The things were of low quality, and several were even damaged in transit. The sketchbooks were fragile, the colors were watery and uneven, and the markers were dry. With such subpar materials, I had no way of showcasing my originality. I tried getting a refund by contacting customer service, but they were unhelpful and inattentive. They denied there was a problem with the goods' quality and would not reimburse my shipping fees. Overall, it was a really annoying and disheartening ordeal. In sum, if you're in the market for reasonably priced, top-notch art supplies, I wouldn't suggest ArtSkills. They make empty claims of low prices and sell low-quality goods that are not worth the trouble. Don't set yourself up for disappointment; look elsewhere.
