I'm completely satisfied with the product, it works.
I left, but be careful, posted the seller. Strange lottery. Got pros: The vacuum cleaner itself is top-notch, no complaints about it. With its cons. questions to the seller or to the market. T30 is written on the card, neo arrived with fewer nozzles (as many write here)

Pros below:
Super, not worse than Dyson, while 2 times cheaper
Cons:
There is no nozzle for a hard floor in the kit, but the universal one as a whole does an excellent job with us
