Although they claimed to have something for everyone, they seriously lacked in the area of craft materials. They had a limited selection of low-quality items that were priced excessively high. The website's poor usability extended beyond its slow load periods and broken links. Each click made me more and more irritated and furious. To add insult to injury, when I needed help, I was met with silence and indifference from their customer support. In a nutshell, I feel like I wasted both time and money on LolliBeads. If you're into crafting, like me, I suggest you locate somewhere else to shop.
