The software has been excellent with my organization's needs - it is easy to use and user friendly and we never seem to have problems!The integration between our website and the system has also proved to be exceptional. There are not enough features; there are some that I'd like to see added but it doesn't detract from its overall usefulness. If your organization uses multiple systems, this will integrate perfectly. We are able to share information quickly and easily and make changes as needed. I like that it's easy to navigate through the platform and you can easily access information from previous events. The platform isn't as intuitive as other platforms, so if you're not familiar with how to use it, it may be difficult to get started. It was also difficult to find a way to export data into Excel for reporting purposes. We needed a database of contacts to help us track our progress. This helped us do just that.
